CEO Of Capital Construction
We are currently seeking a visionary and experienced CEO to lead our Capital Construction division. As the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and growth of our construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the division's operations, ensuring successful project execution, and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the division's strategic plans in alignment with the company's overall objectives
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the construction team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing partnerships and securing contracts
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key industry partners
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, legal requirements, and quality control measures
Requirements:

Accountant
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Belgium. As an Accountant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing valuable insights to support our business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
- Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting principles and regulations
- Conduct regular analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing input and financial expertise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
- Assist with external audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure adherence to local financial reporting standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred
- Proven experience working as an Accountant, preferably in a multinational company or accounting firm
- Strong knowledge of Belgian accounting principles, regulations, and tax laws
- Proficient in using accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
- Fluency in English and knowledge of Dutch or French is required
